ADMISSION

REGESTRATION POLICY

All parents and guardians must observe the following rules and regulations as outlined in this Policy Note regarding Tuition and Fees. 

The Admission Policy takes into consideration the following:

  • Filling out student’s forms.
  • Completion of admission procedures.
  • Conduct a placement test, and if successful, an interview is conducted for the student.
  • Occupancy per section / maximum 22 students.
  • Enrollment priority goes to siblings provided that applications are submitted within the announced registration dates.
  • School fees should be paid when due and upon completion of required papers.
  • A student is considered enrolled once school fees are settled.


Terms and Conditions:

Fees cover:

  • Books and uniform for one time.
  • Information Technology services.
  • Accidents Insurance and Medical Services that are up to 1000 JD per accident.


Discounts:
a. Siblings Discount:
Second sibling 5%
Third sibling 10%
Fourth sibling 15%
Fifth sibling 20%
b. Discounts are given on the school tuition fees only, excluding other additions.
c. Parents receive the discount on the youngest sibling.
d. Parents do not receive more than two discounts.
e. 5% Special discounts for Unions, Professional Associations, Banks, Embassies and Corporates.
f. 10% Discount for cash payment until 30/06
 

Transportation Fees Policy:

Transportation fees should be paid fully in advance. Students are not allowed to use the school bus unless the required fees are paid.
Transportation fees are non-refundable in case the student decides to withdraw from the transportation service.
Transportation fees are subject to change in accordance with fuel prices.
The school administration reserves the right to stop providing transportation in case of violation of transportation regulations.
The school administration reserves the right to stop providing transportation services without justification.


For new students:
The reservation fee is 200 JD, which is later deducted from first term fees.
Fees must be paid in cash, Cheque, or Visa; divided as follows:
1st payment: 40% with first registration.
The parent must submit three prior-cheques as follows:
According to the regulations issued by The Ministry of Education, the school reserves the right to withhold the semester report until fees have been paid in full.
According to the regulations issued by The Ministry of Education, the school reserves the right to withhold the final results and abstain from issuing transfer certificates until all school fees are settled.
Re-registration for continuing students will not be accepted unless all fees due have been paid in full.
A value of 200 JD is required as re-registration fees for continuing students for the next scholastic year.
Fees must be paid in Jordanian Dinars (cash, visa or cheque).
Textbooks, uniform, and special courses within school hours and premises are included in Almaharat Int. School’s fees.


Notes:
Almaharat International School reserves the right to accept students on the Waiting List in place of students who have not paid their tuition installments by the date of registration.
The School Management reserves the right to make any necessary adjustments to the fees.
Fees for after-school activities are paid separately.
